White Jade Buddha Amulets – SomDej – Very Rare Thai Amulets

Carved White Jade Somdej Buddha - from Premium Collection - Sisaket, Thailand Amulets

On the next few pages we will feature all of our rare Thai white jade Somdej Buddha amulets.

These premium jade amulets were made from the same stone as the famous Thailand white jade Buddha at Wat Lahn Kuat in northeast Thailand on the border with Cambodia. My wife and I were there for a visit with her family – some of whom are Buddhist monks at nearby temples, and we stopped in at this temple we’ve not visited in years.

The result was we arrived at exactly the right time – and found they had a small group of these just cut white jade Buddha amulets. We hadn’t planned on buying any amulets because we don’t usually see any at the out of the way temples in that province. Surprised we were, and we spent two hours looking through and buying all the best amulets they had.

The resulting collection will be known here as the “White Jade Somdej Buddha Sisaket Collection”. We have a limited inventory of just 26 of these Somdej style amulets and will be selling them only on this site. You will not see these amulets at any of our other amulet sites –  ThaiAmuletSales.com, ThaiAmuletSales.com/blog/, or ThaiBuddhaAmulets.blogspot.com.

You will not find these amulets at any other website in Thailand (unless they bought one from us and are reselling it) – because we have the only exceptional quality amulets the temple had.

We don’t plan on selling these exclusive amulets in quantities at wholesale prices for dealers – sorry.

These jade Buddhas are more expensive than any amulets we have sold on our sites recently (within 5 years). They are of exceptional quality – we have never seen better white jade Buddha amulets. In truth – we have seen only a white jade Kwan Yin amulet – and never white jade Buddhas in 6 years. Every amulet has been blessed by the Theravada Buddhist abbot of Wat Lahn Kuat, and they are guaranteed authentic. We have other items from this temple that we will list here in the coming days (petrified wood Buddhas, triangle shaped white jade Buddhas, and Pra Bit Tar amulets, and blessed Buddhist yant cloths), and many photographs if you are interested in seeing them.

These make ideal gifts from parents to children, children to parents… and will likely become heirlooms handed down from generation to generation. These are solid white jade and will not break easily – they are gifts that will last forever when protected with a good case.

Originally we were going to list each of these lovely and one-of-a-kind amulets for $500-699. Though there is no doubt they will sell for that amount, we thought it more fair to offer these amulets to you at a more affordable price – so more people without a lot of money to spend can have one too.

These are exceptional amulets – and we have never sold better. That is saying something… get one, you will not be disappointed.

Ok – here are the white jade amulets – these are pictured individually – front and back, with measurements. There are 5 amulets to one page. Choose which one you want from among all of them. They are each unique. All have inscriptions on the reverse side of the amulet from Wat Lahn Kuat.

White Jade Buddhas:

Also, do not miss having a look at our premium white jade Somdej Buddha collection. These are slightly larger Buddhas and exceptionally well made. These are more expensive, and yet still affordable at under $500 for a priceless heirloom.
